📦 Shipping & Order Policy
Order Processing
We process and ship orders same day or within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been shipped, please allow 3–4 business days for delivery, depending on your selected shipping method and location.
🚚 Delivery & Shipping Responsibility
Once your package leaves our facility and is scanned by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for any of the following:

Lost packages

Damaged packages

Packages marked as delivered but not received
If your tracking number shows your order as "delivered" but you haven’t received it, please contact your local USPS office to file a claim. As a small business, we cannot refund or replace orders that are marked “Delivered” by the carrier.
❗Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If an incorrect address is entered:

Contact us immediately after placing your order to make changes.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
💬 Returns & Product Issues

Opened or used products are not eligible for return, unless a specific issue is reported.

We are unable to accept claims submitted after 7 days from the date of delivery.
📮 Claims for Missing Packages
For any packages that are not delivered as shown on the tracking number, you must contact your local USPS office. We are not the final delivery service and are unable to intervene or refund for packages once they are dropped off.
