At FLUTTERWAYS, we are committed to providing high-quality lash products and an excellent customer experience. Due to the nature of our products, and for hygiene and safety reasons, we have a firm return and refund policy as outlined below.
💄 All Sales Are Final
Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products due to health and sanitation concerns. This includes but is not limited to:

Lash adhesives/glues

Tweezers and application tools

Lash accessories (brushes, spoolies, etc.)

🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at contact.fluttterwayss@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

A description of the issue

Clear photo(s) of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we may issue a replacement item, store credit, or a refund (on a case-by-case basis).
🚫 Used or Opened Products
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for any products that have been used, opened, or tampered with, unless there is a verified issue with the item itself.
⏱️ Late Claims
Claims made more than 7 days after delivery will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund. Please check your items as soon as they arrive.
💳 Refunds (If Approved)
In rare approved cases (e.g., product damage or fulfillment error), refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note:

📦 Return Shipping
If a return is approved, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was on our part. All return items must be sent back with tracking.
